About a decade ago, this at the time B-/C+ list list actor all of you know took his then tween daughter to meet a billionaire benefactor who shares many of the same values of the actor. One of those values is a love of young women. Preferably legal. Now, that is not to say that the tween daughter wasn't encouraged to send bikini photos of herself or turn up in Vegas and make sure the billionaire enjoyed himself watching the offspring sunbathe. In return for all this, the billionaire keeps financing truly awful films for the actor that no one sees. Well, once the daughter turned of legal age, several times each year she spends an evening or a night with the billionaire and the film financing spigots stayed on.
Now, our offspring is trying to get out of the deal because lets face it, the guy is old and she is not enjoying the experience at all. So, what to do? She brought in a B-/C+ list celebrity this weekend to do a threesome with the billionaire in hopes that he might want to replace our offspring. The offspring says she is hopeful. She has her heart set on a guy who is much younger and is currently tiring of his relationship with that soon to be divorced former reality star who left her marriage for the man.

I don't really have any basis for this, but by the movie descriptions my first thought was Steven Seagal. Apparently has a 24 year old daughter, so timeline could be about right.

Steve Mnuchin has only been producing movies since 2014, not 2007, and they are all mostly high profile, so not him.
Stephen Baldwin doesn't have many reoccurring producers. Neither does Kirk Cameron.
I do think this is Steven Seagal. Since 2007 the same four names of producers keep cropping up in the credits of his films: Binh Dang, Joe Halpin, Benjamin Saks and Philip Goldfine. I can't find information on ANY of them, so I don't know their worth, but they do show up with frequency. And, as someone said, Seagall does have a daughter the right age.
And said daughter probably has her eye on Hank Basket, Kendra Wilkinson's ex.

The blind is saying that the daughter wants the current boyfriend of the almost divorced reality star, not her ex husband.
So if the reality star is Kendra, then the daughter doesn't want Hank, she wants the guy Kendra left him for. In previous blinds, he's been described as a Vegas high roller (whale), but I'm not sure if the name has been figured out. Anyway, that's who the girl wants.
