Blind Item #10 - Polyester Prison

A former lead actor in a procedural with an ensemble cast recently had a very embarrassing accident a couple of weeks ago. This actor, who has a new show coming out in a few months, was preparing a costume for a promo panel he’s doing at a major comic con next month. He was gluing together parts of a top-secret costume, using himself as a form. Somehow, he managed to get a BUNCH of superglue on his pants. By the time he realized, the glue was already dried, and his pants were stuck to him. He tried to get them off for a few hours, to no avail, and, because of where exactly they were stuck, he couldn't just rip them off. Since then, this actor has been forced to wear this pair of pants everywhere he goes while he waits for the glue to dissolve. And I mean everywhere. He’s worn them to bed at night, he's worn them into the shower in the mornings, he's spent an hour blow-drying them each day after getting out of the shower, he's worn them out in public, and so forth for about two weeks now. Despite his efforts, his pants have started to smell just a little bit. An anonymous source said that the glue is 90% dissolved, so he should finally be free from his polyester prison and be able to change his pants soon. There is no word yet on whether or not he was able to finish his costume, though.
