Jonny Fairplay Has Busy Week
Earlier this week, permanent reality contestant, Jonny Fairplay's wife, Michelle Deighton, who is also a reality star, filed for divorce. Now, it turns out that at some point earlier this month when Jonny was out of town, Michelle went by the family home to get her stuff. You know, things like her autographed picture of Tyra Banks and other stuff. Problem was that Jonny had changed the locks. Well, Jonny's grandmother, who really is not dead despite the hex Jonny put on her in Survivor showed up at the house, saw Michelle's car and blocked her in with her own car. Grandma then called the police. Michelle tried to get out of the driveway by repeatedly ramming her own car into grandma's car. When that did not work, Michelle ran away using her feet. Grandma has filed charges with the police.

saw them on Dr. Phil a few days ago. He is a controlling asshole who nitpicks the poor girl constantly. good for her for getting out.
Grandma should keep out of it. Trapping someone like that seems uncalled for - it's the wife's home, she can take her stuff.

Agreed -- it's very common for the spouse who is leaving to plan to pick up all his/her stuff when the other is not there. In fact, it's usually mutually agreed to happen that way. Sounds like Jonny changed the locks and called Grams -- Grams, wtf was Grams doing, anyway? -- to deliberately make this that much nastier.
He was great on Survivor, but then again I love Survivor. I gasped when he told that lie about his grandmother, took "outwit, outlast and outplay" to a whole new level.
Agree about the Chad Kroeger resemblance. Just....ew. Chad's still worse, though.
I don't watch Survivor so I just barely know who that guy is, but WOW, he looks like the King of All Douchebags. And he's ugly to boot. From everything I heard about him, his behavior, etc., I kind of assumed he must be good-looking to keep snagging chicks. Yikes.
I've had the locks to my house changed on me. I know the feeling and it's not nice...it's still your house! He had no right refusing her entry to her own house and grandma just wants to extend her 2 seconds of fame. She should not have tried to block her from leaving. If anything I hope the wife presses charges against THEM
Wait, I thought she was gay? Or was it just that people always thought she was gay because she's so butch? Argh, I can't keep all the reality plotlines straight any more.
Ramming Granny's car was extremely dumb, regardless of whether she was allowed to be there. I don't understand why she'd do that?? There has to be more to the story, but I don't really care enough to find out!
@mooshki..I thought there was something in that season about her sexual preferences as well but I can't remember now..but I will say that IMO any woman who gets together with a creep like him not only doesn't feel very good about herself but isn't into men much either..cause he's no kind of man, there for he doesn't count as one.
IS this the reality star that got someone else pregnant? Maybe that's why it is so nasty???? Wasn't that a blind?
He just wasn't tough enough to handle the situation.

Having watched Michelle on ANTM back in the day I am shocked she would ram anyone's car. She was the most nervous, self-loathing girl I have seen on that show. Although I'm sure it didn't help that her skin was practically rotting off her face from some weird rash she picked up at the time.
