This A+ list singer wants an Oscar. An acting one. She thinks she is that good. She is buying options on countless screenplays that have a role for her which her people think could garner an Oscar nomination. Everyone is trying to convince her she would have a better chance at a supporting Oscar, but she says she doesn't backup anyone. It is lead or nothing.

Ah, ok, i just read Sandybrook comment, now i understand, and actually i was thinking about a role like that.
I have to say it isn't out of the realm of possibility. I mean, Jennifer Hudson got her well-deserved Oscar due to one amazing song performance. Ditto with Anne Hathaway. Therefore I'd say it's very possible for Beyonce to get nominated, but it would have to be in a musical role. And whoever advised her to shoot for a supporting role was correct.

Madonna tired to get an Oscar by first marrying Sean Penn; when that didn't work out, she then marrying Guy Ritchie, who is a great director, but she still can't act, sing or dance.

Oh yeah, I remember Beyonce was livid that she wasn't nominated for an Oscar. After Jennifer Hudson won, Beyonce would always tell people awful untrue things about Hudson.
There is a good reason Hudson got hardly any parts after her Oscar win. It is because she is mean and nasty and no one wants to work with her. Beyonce, while delusional, is very hardworking and professional, and people that work with her love her

Definitely Bayonce. Just read this yesterday on how she bought rights to a story and is writing and producing and staring in it. Bad idea. Her music is crap since she left her weirdo dad - sad to say.
She is hardworking and professional, but the workers don't love her. Or have you forgotten she doesn't talk to the "help", which is problematic since her makeup and hair people have to tell someone else to tell Beyonce to move her head. It causes tension.
And that is the very racism that got a Black woman from Africa in the freakshow in the first damn place. She had an ass like many women of the African diaspora had and have.
