It would shock the world even more than Brangelina, but with this foreign born former A+ lister who still has A+ list name recognition repeatedly meeting up with the same woman multiple times per week for hours at a time it certainly seems as if there is trouble in his marriage or would be if his wife found out.

Hard to say because the field or area of entertainment isn't given, and harder to know what Enty means by former A+vs Permant A etc, but my guess is Bono/Ali Hewson because that would be shocking.

I like this one. There are very few that would shock the world, I don't think it's an actor, and the irony wouldn't be lost on anyone. And it could pave the way for William to be King.

I like the Bono post. He has been cheating with a young lady of late and with all their kids grown, maybe his lovely wife has decided she needs some peace and quiet. He just needs some piece.
I looked up Camila to find her age,(69), but was surprised to see how her relationship with Kate was. Apparently, it was hate at first sight, even with the press exaggeration, there must be something to it.
There was a previous blind about william hooking up with a reality show judge.

Unless this is an important royal (charles, Eliz/sabeth?...) or something like that (clintons, bushes...) or the pope with the real religion to join some cult like protestantism, islam or his real love communism, nobody would care more than Brangelina.

Just a guess.. Stupid persistent cheating liaison to boring prince Charlie.. who's patiently fatigued and tired of waiting to be king.. Liz Hurley would brazenly suffer anything to capture his title and millions for herself..
Pierce dearly loves his wife. She gave him another family after his wife died. While she isn't the petite gal she was when they married, he seems proud to be with her in all the photos of them at the beach. Don't think he would divorce her for anyone.
William and Kate would be shocking. Everyone else mentioned here would not shock. Maybe it's the Queen.
I've actually heard from multiple sources that she's actually very sarcastic and funny, she just doesn't smile much because she doesn't like her teeth.
To be different, I'll go with Paul McCartney. He was famously faithful to Linda until her death, then married (& divorced) Heather Mills. 3rd wife is Nancy Shevell.
