If this is T.I. then this is inaccurate. T.I.P. is not a new nickname, it was always his name. When he was first coming out, Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest was way more popular. To keep people from confusing the two, T.I.P. was shortened to T.I. He even had an album called T.I. vs T.I.P.
