Biggest celebrity fight of the week? According to a trainer it was this A- list mostly movie actress who railed for 10 minutes against her A+ list actor husband because he didn't get an Oscar nomination. She had even already arranged for a dress and that he better still get a Vanity Fair party invite. The guy sold his soul the past six months so I'm not sure how much more he could have done.

Ryan - if it weren't frowned upon and unhealthy I'd be a fat fuck too, food is just too delicious.
Instead of joining gyms and not going, like I had been doing for years, I decided to invest for once, because I am too tight to make personal training sessions, only not to show up. Trainers aren't cheap, so i thought, if I get one, not only will I show up, but I'll try to get most of my money's worth.
It totally worked, but you need to find a good trainer, somebody who knows his stuff and motivates.
I can eat more, because I burn more while doing nothing (yay), and sometimes I even stuff myself with terrible foods only to discover I haven't gained a gram, the next day. That was unthinkable before.
My trainer costs 50 pounds an hour (around $70), which isn't cheap, but it's average. Considering how I feel, it's worth every penny. If you train 3 times a week regularly, for a good while (6 months or so) you can cut down to twice a week and your body will stay the same.
And just do you know: I'm not one of those super healthy whatever people. I like eating, drinking, smoking, and I think life is too short to only live on gooji berries. I will train, have a decent lunch with carbs and all, and then a spliff and a big protein salad for dinner, and on weekends I'll have a few glasses of wine or a couple of beers, and I think that's balance.
