Had a great year last year professionally and personally Family is healthy, went on some great vacations. Made a lot of money investing after November.
My president got elected and is taking action. I'm excited to see my football team win another Super Bowl.
2016 was a great year for me I only hope it can keep getting better. Then again, I'm an optimist

Most of our problems are mere blips to people who are suffering.
Marlo, you should visit France, in the big cities like Paris, Marseille or Nice, more than a third of the neighbourhoods are muslim (imagine London Tower Hamlets on steroids, or Bradford) where cops do not enter ever, therefore the thousands of cars burn every holiday like Christmas or July 14th.
And not OT: 2016 was pretty good, and these 3 weeks of 2017 have been better, I hope they keep improving.

Nearly died, became disabled and porked up in 2016. So I'm trying to be positive that I survived 2016!

Not counting on it, Enty... My November–December 2016 was so good, even the really nice things that happened to me in January 2017 felt anticlimactic (sure, they appropriately make it into my gratitude journal entries—but nothing can beat how I felt in the end of 2016).
But that's just my personal 2017, I think it'll be worse off for the world at large. I still wish everyone here a good year, tho. Good luck! ♥

2016 was ok but OK was an improvement over previous years. I was glad Trump won and pray he and the Congress do things that will be good for all of us.
