So, as I read this, the protégé (Chance) was turned to the way Kanye would normally turn to Tisci, for love, because he "thought his protege felt the same way, but was turned down full stop". Awkward. Hence his public breakdown.

Riccardo dumped Kanye's dramatic ass. And sometimes out gay men get sick of waiting for their closeted boyfriend to come out so they move on. I think Riccardo was the love of Kanye's life and when Riccardo dumped him he began to spiral. Not to be dramatic but the stress of keeping up a closet wrecked Whitney houstans mental health as well ( and like alot of gay people closeted for their careers she turned to drugs) . I really hope that's not the case with Kanye. Kanye has had many protégés and has supported quite a few up and coming artists. He's not necessarily a bad guy. Just mentally ill which imho is sometimes triggered by the stress of a closeted existence. Is it worth it in the end to appear "straight "? If anything record labels should let people come out as pansexual like stunner Janelle Monae in Rolling Stone did today. Then people/ media/ blackmailers/ gossip sites will leave people the fuck alone.

I am by NO MEANS a Kim K fan and she probably did defend him (in part) to protect her brand. But, regardless of whether or not that is true, I like what she wrote about people & the media being quick to throw the mental health card and treating it like a joke. I’m not saying you can’t joke about things. However, considering the amount of violence we have seen this year alone that is probably a direct correlation to mental health issues, having the media make jokes about someone’s mental heath due to his over exuberant behavior doesn’t seem very responsible or compassionate. But, that’s just my opinion.
Kim is defending Kanye only to make herself into a martyr. When she divorces him, she can claim she "tried everything" and now fears for the safety of her children.
This family ALWAYS has an agenda. Nothing is EVER sincere.
