This Is A Tell-All Book
I don't care if you like rap or hip-hop or not, I know you love gossip and dirt and juice and great stories and really that is what a tell-all should do for you. You should be saying, "seriously?" all the way through the damn book.
Faith Evans's book just came out and it is incredible. Now, for those of you who don't know who Faith used to be married to B.I.G. and in her book she tells about all the time she caught him cheating and how she would track down each girl he cheated with and kick their ass. Not yell, but kick their ass. Man, you have to love that. What is even better though is her describing the beat down she gave Lil Kim for doing the same thing.
"I got to Big's bedroom door, turned the knob, and went inside. As soon as I saw a small lump next to Big's large frame, I flew into a rage, ran over to the side of the bed, and pulled back the covers. I grabbed some chick out of the bed and started beating her ass.
"I stopped throwing punches for a minute to get a good look at the chick I was beating up. It was Lil' Kim. She was completely butt-naked, yelling as I pushed her around the room."
"I have to say I actually felt some pity for Kim. Big had a wife, and she settled for messing with him. Kim still settled for being the other woman. It seemed pretty sad to settle for that."
Now, the flip side of that is course that Faith stayed with B.I.G. even though he repeatedly cheated on her, flaunted it, and never stopped. So, as much as she trashes Lil Kim which I thoroughly enjoyed, I think she needs to wonder whether she was much better in the situation by enabling it all to occur.

Not everyone is into pilates and yoga. A girl's gotta stay fit. Maybe, codependency is her kink? Wouldn't be the first time.
I will, most definitely, read this book. I'm usually not that interested in the hip hop/ r&b scene but I loves me some Faith *L*
I woulda thought Lil Kim could hold her own in a fight, naked or not. She always looked like a biter to me.

Actually, she's the pathetic one, not Kim. She settled for being a wife to a guy who couldn't/wouldn't give her what she wanted. Respect and fidelity.
ENT forgot to mention that right after beating Kim's ass, Faith slept with BIG the same night. If that's not a classic case of pathetic, I don't know what is. I also can't help but wonder what condition Kim would have been in had Faith had a coke problem like she developed after BIG's death. I predict there would have been nothing left but a random pastie and a few fluffs of weave! Can't wait for Kim's response to this...
i never trust crack heads. She's only writing this because the money is getting thin. Most of the people she is trashing are not around anymore to defend themselves or tell another side to the story.
And, I agree about the "Kim still settled for being the other woman. It seemed pretty sad to settle for that." She's trying to make herself feel better for being the 'top' woman or something. It's degrading for all of the women, equally. She was no better than Kim. PLUS, as she says (if you read more of the transcript) after she caught the 2 of them in bed, she still slept with Biggie after they fought.

And I doubt that Kim will even respond. If you look at her music from the time, she ripped Faith to shreds way back then. To the Hip-Hop world, Faith lost credibility years ago. (like when she recorded a track with Tupac, her husband's biggest rival and enemy?!?)
i don't really give a hoot one way or another, but i really wish people would learn the phrase is
"BUCK naked"
nobody would have said "butt" back in the day when the phrase was originated (whenever that may have been, and my family was old southern. at 16 my dad 'bout had a cow when i said my boyfriend was being a
