Kim Kardashian Is Addicted To Prescription Pills
I have yet to physically hold an actual issue of NW magazine which is Australian, but I have to say it is turning out to be one of my favorite magazines anyway because they are not afraid to go waaaaay out on a ledge when they report gossip. They are reporting that Kim Kardashian is addicted to Valium and sleeping pills and that she is heavily self-medicating. This could all be a master plan to have rehab in her back pocket if she needs a ratings boost later in the season. You have to be prepared. The season just started and if they need to throw out a very special Keeping Up, her family would do it. Whatever it takes to keep the money train flowing they will do. I guarantee you that if the numbers drop too low you will see Khloe give in on that whole DNA test thing and say hi to Maury. It's pretty obvious at this point that she does not want to take it because she does not want to hear the truth.

My phone came with a news & weather app, and the other day one of the links was saying Khloe got the DNA test & she is Robert's daughter. Was that just bs? I don't really pay attention to these women, but that one caught my eye.
I guess fame-whoring is it's own addiction, because I do not understand the philosophy of all press is good press. How is going to rehab a good thing? What an image booster. I guess anything is better than the personality she has now though.
Why anyone with two functioning brain cells to rub together should have the slightest interest in that tribe of tasteless, talentless, gold-digging wannabes has always escaped me.

God, it would be THE WORST if this was actually true. If she turns into a public shit show a la Blohan, there will be EVEN MORE coverage of her.

Hate to say it, but the first thing I thought of when I read this headline was OH SHIT! THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PR/ATTENTION-GETTING MOVE. It really is. More coverage with a scandal. Just when you thought they were on the way down, they come up with a new PR move and totally redeem themselves. Blurgh.

this makes sense.. ANYONE would need drugs in order to continue Kim's particular "career" .. I have often wondered how she gets the courage to keep going out in public much less her "profession" (whatever that is) .. she ain't into liquid courage or street drugs .. so a pharmaceutical boost like Valium and others makes perfect sense!
This family would sacrifice a virgin (and obviously it couldn't be a family member) to Zeus if they thought they'd get a ratings bump. Let her go to rehab. She'd never make it. Unless of course she's not really addicted and has a miracle "cure".
My first reaction was yeah, it makes perfect sense she'd be addicted to pills.
I think we can tie her in with a lot of actress in HOllywood when it comes to this.
Pressure in two ways: to be and maintain a perfect body and be gorgeous combined with pressure to perform your own life according to how your manager/laywer/publicist want you to.
I think projecting whatever image is deemed by your people as sellable is probably hellish to maintain. I think that's the reason so many celebs in Hollywood are hooked on substance abuse- because they feel pressured to live their life a certain way and it eventually becomes too much for them.
All I got to say is I have never and will never envy the rich and famous in HOllywood.
Especially Kim Kardashian with her momanger from hell (shudder).
Not a fan but I feel sorry for her. I hope this isn't true, and if it is, she gets the help she needs and sits the f*ck down somewhere.
The funny thing is, back in the beginning of KUWK, before all the spinoffs and when it was just them, on one episode Khloe was going on and on about how she didn't believe she was part of their family, and even tried to hold Kris down and swab her mouth because Khloe said she was sending it for DNA testing.

Ugh, Robert is Khloe's father. Period. That is all the "truth" she needs. If she wanted to find out the truth about her biological origins, fine, but I hope she doesn't get pressured into it.
I dont watch any of the shows. My friends at work do and most of the time i have no idea what they r talking about! On this im with Enty, they will do anything to keep their name out there.
