@Hunter. JLo can't be MV. There is no way. JLo just came out with an album. the real singer passed away. There will be no material coming out from the singer, therefore no new albums for MV. Besides, JLo's speaking and singing voice are exactly the same...annoying. If JLo is MV, I can sing better than the real singer then. JLo should have just hired me.

What crila16 said (except I don't remember S passing away, I do recall reading that she had breast cancer)...but it is J-Lo's voice on her records. Sometimes mixed with others, and always autotuned (the woman is NOT a talented vocalist) almost beyond recognition, but it is her.
One of the things he said in the original blind was that if this came out, it would shock the music industry to its core. Finding out that Jennifer Lopez can't sing would come as a shock to absolutely no one. Same with Britney Spears, in my opinion, but she is also a popular guess for MV. I don't think we'll ever find out. This is one of the blinds I can almost guarantee will never be revealed.

Oh Lord, Maja, Timmy/Shimmy. We took turns at work reading that aloud when nobody was around (we could read only, not comment).The comments are what made that (it had to be one of Enty's largest responses). I have been reading CDAN for years. I have to say the comments are as fun to read as the blinds. I went back to read the original shimmy - and it was hilarious. I always pegged MV for Shania. Then again I figured she and Mutt would be married forever (if not he would release her outtakes) so who knows?
But hardcore country listeners swear she can sing (she can't) so that's why I thought it may be her. *shrug*
Actually JayZ is well known for his "lady-loving" ways. If you listen to his lyrics and the rumors even today, he has not slowed down because he's married, he just does nothing publicly.
@ABlake - We know MV was born in the U.S., so Shania has been ruled out. Enty has also nixed Mandy Moore, Pink, Beyonce and one more which I can't recall.
We know MV is or has been married, and also that she has been separated, possibly divorced. She has at least one child and this info was divulged before Mariah Carey had dembabies, which rules her out. We also know that MV, or someone she has been married to is known by their nickname which is possibly hyphenated.
On November 10th, 2011, it was revealed that MV had released a CD within the past 12 months.

Was Whitney already elim'd? If you look back at the history, he said the timeline is fudged so 1 week could = 3 months. Also, if S is dead, and now Whitney is dead, does that mean we really could be in for the reveal? She def wasn't nixed.
