Got to give the US soccer team a break on this because if you are going to have a meet and greet or something similar upon arrival you should at least tell the other party about it beforehand.

Enty, go easy on the team. I read that they didn't know the protocol for approaching the troops and have since apologized. They weren't sure whether they were there in an official capacity. I probably wouldn't want to bother them either if I thought they were doing their jobs.
