Diane Lane is the best guess. The AA thing could be a red herring.
There's no context as far as WHEN this alleged split occurred, so it's hard to guess! I could find no evidence that Connelly, Weisz, or Paquin had split with their respective hubs, so unless this is a divorce that's been kept under wraps, I don't think its any of them.
If it IS a secret split, then my money would be on Paquin, since she's already acknowledged being bisexual.

Does "Academy Award winner" refer to someone who won an individual award (like Best Actress or Best Supporting Actress) or just someone who was in a movie that won, say, Best Picture? How loose is the requirement?
@DoctorMaybe~it applies to an individual award. However,Enty has never stipulated if its only acting awards(or the craft they are known for);
to that end~this could technically be Melanie Griffith/Antonio Banderas.

The only AA winner that I can think of who had a horrible husband was Kim Basinger (Alec Baldwin). Obviously they divorced years ago.
