On a recent trip out of the country, this A+ list mostly television actor who does lots of other things well was shocked when his significant other arrived. Our A lister had planned on hooking up with another person who was being recommended by this female A+ list singer but our actor never got the chance because of the surprise visit and was actually mean to his fans when spotted at dinner because his plans had been foiled.

Katy Perry has made it very clear she is not on board with her parents fanatical beliefs. Katy is very LBGT friendly as far as I have seen. She was just trying to help a brother out.

I'm not surprised about NPH cheating or not being nice to his fans. I remember when he publicly insulted Eric Braeden when he was going to guest star on HIMYM and then pulled out, before he knew all the facts, and then issued some lame non-apology afterwards. I don't think he's a nice person at all.
Not shocked at all. A friend met him once in while at a bar in NY...after having kids. The friend is a guy and straight, so it went nowhere, but not for lack of trying.
She repeatedly dated John Mayer and married that English hot mess who's addicted to sex. Miss Perry isn't what I'd call an innocent little flower.
@Bubbles I agree. He says and does all the right things and I find him entertaining but there's something there. I get the impression he's not very nice and from his book it's clear he thinks he's above a lot of people. Thet recent blow up when one of his kids "misbehaved" is telling. I have two young kids and lose my temper all the time but there something about him walking away from the kids pissed that didn't sit right with me.
I think he's pretty much pissy a lot of the time. Not just when he's been cock blocked.
Remember how he treated Victor Newman (the actor lol) cause he needed more time to recover from knee/hip surgery? The CBS crew say that Victor has always been a generous person and Neil was acting like a bully.

I was once having dinner in a table right next to him in NY, a couple of years ago, he was unbelievably pacient and nice to every single person who asked him to take a picture. He was having dinner with a friend who had the worst attitude and was not even famous, NPH on the other hand was absolutely charming and there was no press around.
The only time I was ever at the same event with NPH was the premiere of "Wild Wild West" back in '99 and I didn't talk to him, so it's unfair to judge, but the whiff of d'bag coming off of him was so very strong. My boy Will was a sweetheart as usual (and he wasn't just the star/host, he was performing, too), the Farelly Bros were funny, and even Michael Bay left me thinking he's not as bad as he's painted. But NPH (wearing a leather jacket and no shirt, btw) was stalking around one corner of the party with his little posse, his face in a permanent sneer. Very off-putting.
Then again, maybe it was just me seeing things that weren't there, I don't want to judge too much. And let's not let Katy off the hook here. If Neil wants to cheat on David, that's his business…but to set him up with hookups? Ewww.

Here is the problem in that relationship: NPH has a huge talent (except at the Oscars) and his hubby has a huge YKW. But the problem is that his hubby is of Community Theater level talent.
This will not end well.
