Usually when there are feuds it is big names that are fighting. Apparently that is not the case at all times though. This B list Disney actress who has an actress sibling is involved in a feud with a much more known former Disney actress who also has an actress sibling. It was made clear that Billboard could invite both pairs of siblings but that only one would show up so to only invite the one they needed for the show last night.

So... when you call the first girl "B" list, that means only for her target audience of tweens, right? I don't think anyone I know has ever heard of her or (I had to Google her) would recognize her face.
Vanessa Marano and Switched at Birth > Bella Thorne and whatever she's in. I do love Bella's look though, she has a very sophisticated looking face, more like the 90s supermodels than anyone else out there. Definitely not an angry baby look.

Good job ElleB on getting this one right with the first guess. I will say Enty fudge the description a bit in that *technically* Laura Marano and Bella Thorne are both "former" Disney actresses. (Laura's show "Austin & Ally" finished its run and she has moved on to a music career signing with Big Machine Records. Don't ask why I bother to keep up with this information.
Anyway, I'll be in my RV out back if anyone needs me...
