I think Hugh & Barbara were the first on air duo on the Today show maybe possibly plus they did 20/20. They worked together for decades.

Speaking of SNL, I just read that they are bringing back Darrell Hammond to replace Don Pardo.
I love that idea, I always liked him and I will be glad to see him back even as the announcer.

If it's SNL originals, I'd say it was Chevy Chase and anyone- he wasn't liked at all. The stories in the Live From New York bio were amazing. I was thinking this was a talk show blind. The View always touts itself like it was the pioneer of its kind of show.

Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo would fit but she continues to work with him again and again so idk. But it is still going on and they fit. The kids kept changing but they were the originals.
